Terms of Service

Revorian is a data platform that aggregates and presents insider trading information from publicly available SEC Form 4 filings. We provide tools including a web dashboard, REST API, and MCP server to help you explore this data. Revorian is not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, or investment adviser, and does not provide personalized investment recommendations.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys. Each account is for a single individual or entity — do not share credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Nothing on Revorian constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. All data is presented for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.

Revorian sources data from public SEC filings. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the data is complete, accurate, or current. Original filers may submit corrections or amendments. Data processing may introduce errors or delays. You should verify any data against original SEC sources before relying on it.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the web dashboard
• Abuse API rate limits or circumvent access controls
• Redistribute bulk data commercially without authorization
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with the operation of the service
• Impersonate another person or entity

We provide the API on an "as is" basis with no uptime guarantees or SLA. We may impose or adjust rate limits at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate API access for abuse or excessive usage. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of breaking changes.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Credits do not roll over between billing cycles. Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused credits. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

The Revorian platform, including its design, code, and branding, is our intellectual property. SEC filing data is in the public domain. Applications, analyses, and products you build using Revorian data are yours. You may not use our trademarks without permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revorian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
